  • There is free parking available at the lot directly across from the haunted house.

  • Yes!

    All Night of Terrors visitors must sign a waiver to enter, and anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

    You can find the electronic version of the waiver here if a parent or guardian will not be present with a minor during their visit.

    For parents of younger children, please keep in mind that this is not a children’s haunted house.

    However, we do our best to accommodate special requests for younger visitors. Please email us ahead of your visit at nightofterrorhh@gmail.com.

  • For everyone’s safety, Night of Terrors does not allow any personal items inside the haunted house except for phones, wallets, and medically necessary items. We recommend leaving bags at home or locking them in your car.

    We have limited storage space for guests to leave items by the haunted house entrance, but our team is not monitoring or guaranteeing the security of your items.

  • As a small family business, we are unable to offer refunds on tickets or any other items you purchase.

    However, you can use your tickets anytime throughout the season, so if you planned on visiting on a certain day and plans changed, please come back another time!
