Find us at 790 W Evans Ave Denver, CO 80223, not far from the University of Denver campus!

Our haunted house hours are 6PM to 12AM every Wednesday through Sunday starting October 2, 2025. However, our team does our best to respond to emails and calls outside of these hours, too.

There is free parking available at the lot directly across from the haunted house.

Night of Terrors is open to ages 16 and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. We’re planning some family-friendly daytime events, so sign up for our email list to stay updated!

For everyone’s safety, Night of Terrors does not allow any personal items inside the haunted house except for phones, wallets, and medically necessary items. We recommend leaving bags at home or locking them in your car.

Night of Terrors takes everyone’s safety very seriously. The only scares we’re interested in are the fun kind! 

Here are just some of our safety and security measures for 2025:

• We do not allow attendees to bring personal items inside the haunted house, with the exception of phones, wallets, and medically necessary items

• We require safety training for all of our team members, from the people checking your tickets to the actors throughout the haunted house.

• We have a first aid kit and AED on site, and at least one CPR-certified team member on site every night that we operate. 

• We have metal detectors at the entrance of the haunted house.

• We have two security team members on site every night that we operate.
